WHERE DO YOU GET YO PROTEIN?
So, I’ve been vegan for about 11 months now and I did a full metabolic blood test thing or whatever at my holistic doctor. Doing this test made me incredibly happy because everyone thinks I’m going to die from a protein deficiency, iron deficiency, be low in calcium, become anemic, or overdose on potassium from too many damn bananas. WELL YOU SILLY KIDS ARE WRONG!
The normal range for protein is 6.1-8.1 g/dL and mine is 7.4 BOOM
The normal range for calcium is 8.6-10.2 mg/dL and mine is 9.6 BOOM
The normal range for potassium is 3.5-5.3 mmol/L and mine is 4.5 BOOM
The normal range for iron is 7.0-16 and mine is 16 BOOM
Your Red Blood Cell Count should be around 3.8-5.1 and mine is 4.44 BOOM
Also my thyroid is working great, my cholesterol is fucking legit and the only thing off about my test is that my GLUCOSE LEVELS ARE ACTUALLY LOW FOR ALL YOU PEOPLE WHO THINK I’M GIVING MYSELF HIGH BLOOD SUGAR FROM EATING TOO MUCH FRUIT. My glucose should be between 65-99 mg/dL, but mine is at 60 so it’s just a tad bit low and I will test again in a couple of months to see if it balances back out.
So calm down everyone, a vegan diet is rad and can provide the nutrients you need. Thank you.
